Cancellation Policy

  • Receive a full refund when canceling 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
  • For cancellations made between 48 hours and 10 days, a credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival.
  • No refunds for No Show, Late Check-in, or Early Check-out.
  • Tea Terrain Resorts & Spa reserves the right to cancel reservations due to suspected fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
  • Bank transaction charges will be deducted in addition to cancellation charges for refunds.
  • Credit card refunds will be credited to the respective cardholder’s bank account, minus bank service charges.
  • For credit card transactions and cash payments exceeding ₹50000/-, Pan Card details are required.
  • Refund processing may take 15–20 business days, and the amount depends on factors like our cancellation policy, timing, and processing fees.
