Early check-ins or late check-outs must be requested 24 hours in advance to ensure that there are no back-to-back reservations that would interfere with the proper preparation of the rooms. There is an additional fee of Rs.1000/per hour for early check-ins and late check-outs for a maximum time of 2 hours

Tea Terrain has a lenient cancellation policy. Guests can cancel 5 days prior to check-in day for a full refund. Cancellations made 4 days or less will receive a 50% refund. If a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours in advance no refund will be issued. Please contact staff directly to cancel a reservation.
