Damage to Resort property
The Resort reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Removal of Resort property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that have removed from the premises by them without any consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage and installation charges. Should the fact that the item is missing that come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Inappropriate behavior
It is the hotels policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host, we believe that we have a duty to offer an appropriate stay to every guests without any misconduct situation from any individuals. Should the Manager deem any inappropriate behavior has brought to the attention; the hotel reserves the right to take an action, after any allegations has investigated.
Lost / Damaged property
Should any guest lose any belongings during their stay or incur damage to their property, the provision of the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956 will apply. If we find any lost belongings, we shall make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we cannot locate the lost item, resort will be responsible any guest belongings. The lost and found item that not reclaimed with 3 months of the guest’s departure, the Resort will dispose of it.
Payment Terms
Making an online booking or transferring the remittance for reservation for the room is not to be construed as a CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING. Until and unless it is approved/confirmed by the hotel explicitly through its official channels. With regard to the bookings forwarded through the Travel agents/Travel sites etc. Follow up for confirmation has to initiate with the respective Travel Agency / Travel agent. All bookings has treated as a request until and unless approved/confirmed by the Resort.
Payment Methods
ONLINE
Pay through Online (Payment Gateway) using Credit / Debit Card, Net Banking, ATM Cards, IMPS, etc. Each Online Payment using Gateway will be charging Transaction FEE, which is applicable as extra, and Non Refundable.
OFFLINE
Pay your Reservation Amount by NEFT/RTGS/Cash Deposit through your Bank. Payment confirmation will take on time depends on our Bank processing. Making Cash Deposit Payment kindly add sender description. (Available Unique Ref. ID from Reservation}
